The executive governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom has expressed confidence in the recently deployed Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Speaking on Sunday at a church event in Gboko, the governor who urged those who are yet to collect their permanent voter cards to do so, said a single vote can make a difference in the upcoming elections.
According to The Cable, governor Samuel Ortom said there will be nothing like snatching of ballot boxes because, the boxes will not be there for people to snatch.
He said the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System will make a difference in the election so, Nigerians should make themselves available for the voting exercise.
Hear him, “One vote can make a difference, that vote will count. This time there is no snatching of ballot boxes because, it will not be there for anybody to snatch. Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) would make a difference. Your physical presence and participation is important”
