Ghana FA Appoints Former Orlando Pirates Goalkeeper

Ex-Black Stars goalkeeper, Fatawu Dauda has been appointed as the goalkeepers trainer of the national under 20 male team.

The Black Satellites technical team has seen a reshuffle by the Ghana Football Association which seeks to rebrand all the national teams.

Fatawu Dauda will work under new Black Satellites head coach, Samuel Boadu who was once the head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak.

There are two assistant coaches who assist coach Samuel Boadu and their names are, Desmond Offei and Salifu Fatawu.

The new look technical team is tasked with reshaping the team into a winsome side for the tournament ahead.

Fatawu Dauda has a vast experience on the local scene having spent years with Okwawu United and Obuasi Goldfields now AshantiGold.

He has also played for Legon Cities alongside former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan but both never lasted at the Royals.

Fatawu Dauda previous played for South African Premier Soccer League clubs, Orlando Pirates and Chippa United and Nigeria side, Enyimba.
