“I Heard There Was Interference in The Black Stars Camp” Illiasu

Ex-Ghana international, Shilla Illiasu has urged the powers that be to give the next Black Stars coach a free hand to operate. Ghana is in the hunt for a new trainer following the expiration of Otto Addo’s six months contract. Otto Ado has since reunited with Dortmund and Shilla Illiasu says the job of the next Black Stars coach must not be interfered with.

“I heard that there is interference in there so people are always complaining.

“To me I will advise, if a coach is appointed, the coach should do his job one hundred percent.

“Whether you are a Black Stars management committee member or what, don’t try and force players for coach to me that one affected us not to perform since the last Africa Cup.” Shilla Illiasu told Radio Gold Sports.

The Black Stars finished group H with just three points after losses against Portugal and Uruguay before a win against South Korea.
