A woman whose identity on TikTok reads Bolaghold has shared details of how her three-week marriage collapsed.
According to Bola, the man she became pregnant for married her in order to have the child, but she was unable to put up with his relentless bullying and harassment and the marriage ended after three weeks.
She, therefore, asked women never to marry premised on pregnancy for a man because what happened to her could be replicated in the same fashion.
Internet users comforted her while responding to her post while others found the narrative relevant because, in their opinion, they had previously been in similar circumstances.
