It has become a custom that African politicians usually send their wards outside the country to pursue higher education to occupy various positions in government upon completion. Mostly, they do this to groom these young ones to follow in their steps.
Ironically, those who attain knowledge and earn academic qualifications from these renowned International Universities don’t utilize it to better the lives of the masses whom they always promise with the Bible or Koran to serve. They don’t go by the ethics of their profession but engage in all sorts of corrupt practices.
This trend has been observed by many Captain Smart who called on internationally recognized institutions to revoke the certificates of certain individuals mostly politicians from this continent.
The journalist made these assertions this morning after showing the investigative piece dubbed “Galamsey Economy” about the minister of state in charge of finance who was allegedly caught on camera indulging in corruption.
Speaking further on Onua Tv, the host even considered that we should be writing letters to these universities to stop these individuals from attending their institutions. Despite the general impression that Harvard students are brilliant, Captain Smart stated they return to Africa as crooks.
“Check the top-notch universities and all those Africans who attended them are thieves. Certain personalities are disgracing them and they must withdraw their certificates,” he concluded.
