Hearts of Oak Target Perfect Birthday Victory on Sunday

Accra Hearts of Oak will look to co finite their fine run of form under new coach Slavko Matic.

The Phobians have won two straight games under the Serbian trainer who replaced the departed Samuel Boadu.

Hearts of Oak had started the season badly under Samuel Boadu who guided them to a domestic treble last two seasons.

The Phobians gathered just two points under Samuel Boadu which left the fans agitated over the club’s poor performance.

The club replaced Samuel Boadu with Slavko Matic and they have gone on to win two straight matches which has seen them collect eight points on the road.

Hearts of Oak celebrated their 111 years on Friday and they face a stubborn Karela United on March day six at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The Phobians will look to have a perfect birthday celebration by winning on the day. The game comes up on Sunday.
