The lady pulled her head out of the bus window and was kissing her boyfriend.
The way the guy was kissing the lady propelled some social media users to say that there is a high probability that their relationship has not lasted for more than two weeks. This kind of goodbye kiss only happens at the beginning of most relationships where the couple is madly in love with each.
