The much-awaited Nations Address On The Economy has come to a close and Ghanaians are not enthused by what President Nana Akufo-Addo had to say.
Many have described his address as “garbage” and provided no solution to the problems the country is currently facing.
Albert Nat Hyde better known on social media as Bongo Ideas has expressed disappointment in the speech given by the president. According to him, Mahama’s Speech on the economy had more pointers to solutions than what President Akufo-Addo delivered this evening 30th October 2022.
“You listen to Mahama speak on the economy and you listen to Nana Addo speak on the economy and you wonder who the real President is.” – Bongo Ideas tweeted.
Within minutes, over a thousand people agreed with Bongo Ideas’ assessment of the President’s address.
In a similar vein, another Twitter user by the name of Dr. King Winter submitted that President Akufo-Addo only quoted percentages which does not put food on the table of Ghanaians, and asked the President to fix the country.
