According to Afia Pokua during her political show Egyaso Egyaso, Nana Addo has failed the country and all its citizens because a lot of people had trusted him to change Ghana around. She recounted how Nana Addo mocked John Mahama over the depreciation of the cedi in his era and also promised to arrest the dollar in his tenure.

Afia Pokua has called on the President to put on hold his current tour in other regions because the country is in crisis hence he needs to organize a Nationwide broadcast to render an unqualified apology to John Mahama for dragging him over the dollar and cedi depreciation.
“Put your tour on hold we have a crisis; organize a nationwide broadcast and firstly apologize to former president John Mahama for dragging him over the cedi depreciation. Whatever you told Mahama, come back and say the same thing. Tell Ghanaians you messed up, admit to your mistakes”, Afia Pokua stated.
