Entertainment critic Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has opinned that the best decision of Sarkodie was not signing unto the record label of Senegalse-American artist Akon.
Recall that Akon has wanted to sign rapper Sarkodie unto Konvict music record label but there was a little controversy about the signing.

Some people thought it as a fallacy until Akon revealed in an interview that he couldn’t sign Sarkodie because he was not ready. He disclosed hat his team realized that Sarkodie was not mentally ready for the change of level and wanted to focus on Ghana.

However, it seems Arnold has a different opinion about the signing of rapper Saekodie. According to him, it was the best decision of the rapper.
This comment from Arnold Asamoah Baidoo comes after dancehall artist Shatta Wale mentioned in a recent interview that Sarkodie failed to take advatage ofhis relationship with Akon to be bigger.

“Sarkodie not signing unto Akon’s label is one of the biggest decisions he has taken if tht’s true. It’s his biggest decision”, Arnold says during an interview on Peace FM’s entertaiment news review show.
“Tell me who you know from Akon’s label. Signee’s include OJ Boo Dirty, Demarco, Money J, Yaa Boy, Omega amongst others. I am super gratified with where Sarkodie independently has moved his career to where he is. Independently see where Sarkodie has moved his career from here to that international pedestal”.

“Shatta Wale annot match Sarkodie’s international presence. It is a fact. How was he albe to leverage on Beyonce’s collaboration? Since 2019, the likes of Burna Boy has gone on to win Grammy and playing on big big stadia. Why is Wale not comparing himself to Burna Boy?”, Arnold quizzed.
