“You Can’t Manage Hearts of Oak Like Tema Babies” –

Former management member of Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futah says the club lacks proper direction.

His comments come following the club’s exit from the CAF Confederation Cup after losing 3-1 on aggregate score against AS Real Bamako of Mali.

The club is yet to appoint a substantive coach following the departure of Samuel Boadu and the naming of David Ocloo as assistant.

“The management of Hearts of Oak has no direction, I don’t remember the last time the board called for a board or management meeting.

“A team like Hearts of Oak, there is no board or management to look at the way forward of the club.

“You cannot run Hearts of Oak like the way you are running Tema Babies, like a colts club.

“This is a team that needs a full time management that can be sitting and taking care of certain things.

“You don’t wait when you are going to play a tournament or at rhe end of the season then you sign one or two players after that you sack the coach that has no license to take you to Africa, that cannot take care of the team.

“So all these things are management blunder and I made this statement before our match last Sunday.

“So the way things are happening, it is going to be worse.” Aziz Haruna Futah told Radio Gold Talk Sport.
