A mentally unstable man probably between the ages of 25 and 35 years old has been recorded on camera being on top of high tension in Kasoa. According to the people who recorded the video, they didn’t notice the mentally unstable man climbing the high tension, they only find him on top of the high tension. The people were overheard in the video advising the mentally unstable man not to touch the electrical cable.
