Accra Hearts of Oak is in tough competition with no hopes

Premier League giant Accra Hearts of Oak yesterday suffered defeat in the hands of Mali champions in the first league of the CAF Champions league.

The home side Real Bamako yesterday displayed a fantastic performance as they make used of their chances to published the Phobians.

Real Bamako created a lot of chances in the early first half and was able to make used of them before the break for the first half.

In the second half, the Phobians came in strongly to get an early goal but their efforts was not enough to find them the back of the net.

Hearts of Oak failed to make used of all the clear chances created in the second half, which saw the home side taking advantage of it to make it three in the 75th of the game.

The Phobians will need four unanswered goals in the second league game before they booked their tickets to the second stage of the competition.
