The reason why people live long life’s , is because they protect themselves by ensuring they’re always healthy. Being healthy itself has many benefits, aside from prolonging a person’s lifespan, it also builds the body to look younger and active even from old age. Surely everyone wants to live a long life, but in doing so, there are certain we must stop doing to help us reach our goal.
These things we’re talking about in particular serve as barriers that keep us from attaining a healthy life. And in other to stop ourselves from practicing them no longer, we must be aware of each and every one of them. That is;
Eating junk foods
Taking medicinal pills unnecessarily
Smoking
Drinking excess alcohol
Not exercising
Consuming too much of fatty foods
Staying up late and not having enough rest
Overexerting the body and mind with work
