UTV Ghana has posted on its social media platform a picture of the first gentleman in the country.
President Nana Addo has been captured in the post-shaking hands with some traditional leaders.
The caption on the post happens to be a technical one. UTV Ghana has reported that on Wednesday 5th October 2022, President Nana Addo addressed the National House of chiefs and the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives(MMDCEs).
It is interesting to note that the meeting was on how to fight against illegal mining. The meeting was held in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Many Ghanaians from the length and breadth of the country have reacted to the post as some citizens applauded the Forbes 2021 African of the year for showing a tough posture against galamsey.
