Arsenal’s Former manager, Arsène Wenger, has come out to back Arsenal to challenge for the English Premier League title this season.
The former manager is currently impressed with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, and he believes that there is no other team that is dominating more than Arsenal this season.
Arsenal are currently 1st on the log after 7 matches with 18 points. They won six matches and lost one against Manchester United. Arsène Wenger, while talking to Sky Sports about Arsenal’s chances in the league this season, said.
“I would say they have a good chance this season (to compete for the title) because I don’t see any super-dominating team”. He went on to say, “I believe that there’s a good opportunity this season to do it”.
Many EPL fans don’t give Arsenal a chance, but know that Manchester City and Liverpool may not be able to finish ahead of Arsenal this season.
