It Has Been Horrendous: Sam George Plainly Writes To MTN Ghana, AirtelTigo Ghana, Vodafone Ghana

The outspoken and known member of parliament for the Ningo Prampram constituency honorable Samuel George well known as “Sam Dzata George” has served a pointing note to the telecommunication service providers in the country.

He made a piercing point on his Facebook wall highlighting the poor and erroneous nature of telecommunication services in the country recently.

He said: The quality of call service over the past few weeks has been horrendous and leaves a lot to be desired. In any functional democracy, the regulator, in this case, the National Communications Authority Ghana would have issued public statements to assuage the concerns of citizens.

They would have told us what steps they are taking to ensure that the Telecommunications Companies improve the service experience. Alas, this is Ghana. A country where the regulator is more interested in punishing the citizens than ensuring they are protected from a private interest.

It is imperative that Joe Anokye and his NCA immediately outline to the Ghanaian public what remedial steps they are taking to ensure an improvement in call quality and the overall telecom experience.

Enough of the lackadaisical behavior. The customers deserve much better. MTN Ghana, AirtelTigo Ghana, Vodafone Ghana, and the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications must rise to the occasion.

Can we say that there is a serious issue in this country that it seems no one pays attention when government suppress and oppressed the ordinary Ghanaian.

Government institutions do same private institutions do same am not surprised NCA won’t protect the customers rather punished them.

We have the freedom in this country but justice isn’t served on the ordinary Ghanaians. the ordinary.
