TV3 Ghana has shared a picture on their social media pages that has generated several reactions. The picture is popularly known as ‘Tilapia’ which explains in summary the current trending stories in the country.
John Mahama recently had an interview with Alfred Ocansey, journalist at TV3 and made it clear to the public that he never took any amount of money from the government as ex-gratia. According to him, the allegations that were made by Kwame Baffoe Abronye were false. He added that the government does not pay him any rent allowance or gives him any money for fuel.
It could be seen from the ‘Tilapia’ picture above that John Mahama was explaining to the president how he is being treated by this government. President Akufo Addo’s excuse is that the country is currently being faced with Covid-19 crisis and also the Russia-Ukraine war effects.
