Aisha Huang’s Lawyer – No Law Prevents Her From Coming Here; She Is A Human Being

The public discussion on Aisha Huang’s alleged illegal mining activities and depletion of Ghana’s rosewood has been ongoing for some time.

According to Dr Adam’s Bona, he is not impressed with how the prosecutor’s case differed from that of the state. ” How can they say that she escaped the first time when reports from the state have indicated that she was sent away from the country”.

Speaking to the media, Counsel for Aisha Huang, Captain(Rtd) Nkrabeah Effah Dartey explained that no law prevents her client from coming to Ghana. She is a human being like you and me”.

The Counsel for Aisha Huang further revealed that no evidence to suggest that Aisha Huang was previously deported.

” What the media is doing is to make this case look big but this is no case at all. Immigration or anyone has evidence of the deportation documents they can provide it”.

Meanwhile, the accused has not been granted bail and will be required to reappear in court on 27th September 2022.

It is not clear why the lawyer for the accused has stated that the accused is neither guilty of mining nor selling minerals without a license. Well, the case is still in court and we can only monitor proceedings.
