We will give FC Samartex a baptism of fire on Sunday in Tamale – RTU declares

Real Tamale United, (RTU), are promising to hand Ghana top-flight new entrants FC Samartex a baptism of fire in their game on Sunday.

RTU, will host this 2022/23 betPawa Premier League opener at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale where they will look to open their account with a win.

And, this is what RTU has promised as they welcome the Timber Giants to the Northern region this weekend.

The Pride of the North have been very quiet with their preparations for next season but, they have sounded their intensions of mounting a serious attack on the league which begins this weekend.

The Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium has been a good hunting ground for RTU since it was built, and they will look to continue with their prowess in front of their home fans on Sunday afternoon.

A club spokesperson has told the local media in Tamale that, they are ready for the start of the new campaign, and that they will make things very difficult for visiting teams to the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

This remains to be seen as RTU plays their first game of the new season against an FC Samartex side that has promised to defy all odds on their debut season in the top-flight of Ghana football
