Kasoa Ofankor circuit court led by his lordship justice Oheneba Boaseako orders that culprits of gang rape to be reminded in police custody for one week.
The incident happened two weeks ago at Gomoa Dormenase. His lordship justice Oheneba Boaseako was not happy of what the four guys did to the 25 year lady. He ordered their remander for one week. The court will call on the case next week15/09/,22.
The judge, his lordship justice Oheneba Boaseako said that the four big men have been unfair to the lady. The men told the court that,the 25 year lady refuse to accept their friend’s no proposal.” She has collected a lot of money and gifts from me and refused meeting me”. This statement triggered the court to further asked them why they did not go to the family to settle? This is against human rights and the law must take action. The boys are Kwaku, Nicholas,Ramzy and Joe. The girl cannot walk properly.
