Accra Great Olympics midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has made candid assessment on his future with the Black Stars of Ghana. Emmanuel Agyemang Badu wants to focus on his new club Accra Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League and enjoy game-time as much as he can. He aims at fitting into the local league and contribute his quota to the aspirations of the Accra-based club.
“I am not ready for the Black Stars or the upcoming World Cup. I just want to enjoy my football with Great Olympics and not to have another chance with the Black Stars. The league has become very physical and I am now trying hard to fit into it so I would not want to stress myself with the Black Stars.” Speaking on eSport Summit.
Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has joined the Ghana Premier League, adding to the number of former Black Stars players currently plying their trade in the domestic campaign. Sulley Ali Muntari and Samuel Inkoom have been playing for Accra Hearts of Oak as the former has ended his stint with the Phobians.
Emmanuel Agyemang Badu was part of Accra Great Olympics squad that featured in the just ended GHALCA Top Six. He helped to win the off-season tournament.
