Ghanaian top-flight side Aduana FC has vowed to take all three points when they come up against Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday.
The Fire Lads will open their 2022/23 betPawa Premier League campaign with a home game against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.
The game will be played at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park at Dormaa-Ahenkro, and it would be shown live on television starting at 3:00pm local time.
“We, Aduana Stars won’t call Hearts of Oak by their famous slogan “NEVER SAY DIE” because, they’ll die on Sunday,” club spokesperson Evans Oppong told Kumasi-based radio station Agyenkwa FM on Wednesday.
The two-time Ghana champions, have appointed former national youth team coach, Paa Kwesi Fabian as their new helmsman and, the experienced gaffer has revamped the squad with some new players.
“The new players have mixed up well with the old ones we retained and, I am confident that we will take all three points as we aim to finish in the top four next season,” Mr Oppong said.
The club has announced rates of GH¢ 20, 30 and 40 for this opening day fixture.
