Medeama SC set to appoint David Duncan as new head coach ahead of next season.

Two-times Ghana FA Cup winners Medeama SC, are set to appoint Coach David Duncan as their new helmsman ahead of the new season according to multiple reports.

Coach Duncan, has been unattached since leaving the role as deputy Ghana coach under Charles Akonnor.

The experienced gaffer, would be expected to take Medeama SC to new heights after they finished second to Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League, (GPL) last season.

Coach Duncan, who has also Accra Hearts of Oak, Accra Great Olympics, Asante Kotoko and AshantiGold SC, has a vast knowledge of the Ghanaian game and, he would be expected to bring that to bare as he takes over the Tarkwa-based club.

The Yellow and Mauves have made known their intensions for next season saying, they aim to annex the diadem at the end of the campaign.

The 2022/23 betPawa GPL, will start this weekend with matches at all but one center as the Asante Kotoko and Nsoatreman FC game in Kumasi, has been postponed to allow the Porcupines honour their CAF Champions League game with Burkina Faso champions RC Kadiogo on Friday in the Ivory Coast.

Medeama SC will open their account in Accra when they play as quests of Legon Cities FC at the El-Wak Military Sports Stadium.
