The President of the republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo started his touring in the Central Region early today with an interview on Obaatanpa Radio based in Kasoa of the Awutu Senya East constituency.
Speaking in an interview on Obaatanpa Fm, he expressed that, he appreciates the support from the people in central region from his first term in government till today and therefore called on them for more support to help him complete his agenda.
The president in his statement on Obatanpa fm revealed that, the people should keep following him and the New Patriotic Party (NPP), because his government will move Ghana forward.
“Keep following me and the NPP government because we are the only party that can move Ghana forward”
His Excellency Mr. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo disclosed his motive for touring Central Region. He stated that, he is touring the Region to see how government projects are fast progressing in the region. He will inspect the progress of the work on the construction of a Court Complex and will commission a 12-Unit class room block at Kasoa. Also, the President will cut sod for the construction of Bawjiase – Kasoa roads
Additionally, President Akufo-Addo will commission a Gas Cylinder Factory at Awutu Senya West and the Lubricant Factory at Gomoa East under the One District One Factory initiative.
The President will inspect the construction of Agenda 111 hospital at Gomoa Central District. And finally, he will end the tour today with a courtesy call on the Paramount Chiefs and Elders of Mfantseman.
“I have come to inspect governmental projects under construction and see how they are progressing” The President stated
The President in his speech on Obantanpa FM asked for massive support to help the New Patriotic Party break the eight years trend in government.
“Help me make breaking the 8 agenda come to pass” he requested
