Transfer Deadline: Chelsea Set To Spend 150 Million Before Window Closes

Chelsea are set to spend a whooping 150 million pounds before the closing of the European transfer window.

The club have already spent 250 million on incomings with the signings of Sterling, Koulibaly, Cucurella and Wesley Fofana. However, the new owners of the club believe that there is more work to be done and therefore would like to add to the squad.

According to sources, Chelsea are looking for a midfielder and striker to add to the squad before the closure of the transfer window, with Edson Alvarez of Ajax and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang the preferred options.

Chelsea could also look to sell Billy Gilmour and Conor Gallagher if the right offer comes before the end of the transfer window. The two players are seen as crucial figures of the club but would not hesitate to sanction a move should the right offer be made.

Another player to watch out for is Wilfred Zaha. The Crystal palace winger and talisman has been highlighted as an option should the deal for Aubameyang fail to materialize.
