Feeling sad lately? Kindly remember this

The feeling of sadness most at times, engulfs you and you have no idea, what to do about it. It overwhelms us and leaves some indescribable emptiness within you. Certainly, I do not know what you are going through and you might have heard or read, numerous of inspirational books and watched videos. One question that would wander through your mind, is what makes mine different or better still, unique.

I have also been through situations, where sadness makes me want to cry. It is never easy but I keep telling myself that, I have to push through no matter what. Today, I want to share something with you all. Kindly read below.

Don’t let the negative opinions about others affect you: 

It would certainly hurt even more than you expected it to be. The moment you get to know yourself better, you have to own it. Under no circumstance, must you give another person the right, to think they know you better than you know yourself. People would always talk be especially in the negative aspect. It is up to you, to not let it affect you.  

The phase you are going through is just temporary:

Sadness only becomes permanent if you allow it. It doesn’t have to be that way. You can opt to keep yourself busy, with something you love to do. Sadness would always want to find a way to get to you, by remembering past pains. You would pass this phase, if only you are willing and determined to do so. 

There is no reason to not keep moving forward:

It is a necessity to do so and never look back. You might find yourself struggling with sadness and would want a way out. There is a way out to be honest. You must push further to get to where you want to be. Sadness can come in many forms, mostly when you are alone. If you find yourself in such a situation, I urge you to be with your loved ones. Talk to someone and ask for professional advice. 

It does get better even when you don’t believe it.
