Kwame Owusu Fordjour, popularly known as Dr UN, known for pulling off one of the biggest scams witnessed in Ghana.
Dr UN under his auspices had initiated an award scheme dubbed Global Blueprint Excellence Awards through which he presented plaques and citations to over 20 accomplished personalities. A very shocking story told.
He is a Ghanaian and the self acclaimed profession he is into had imbedded so much of his time and resources on his Senior level of school.
Dr. UN had had been in a controversy with Delay some few days ago . Meanwhile he gets a special invite to interact with her counterpart.
