A woman named Jane in an interview shares how a fetish priest slept with her in a cemetery after her father sent her to his shrine to cleanse her years ago. According to the woman, she was staying with her father in Kumasi whilst her mother was in their hometown. Although her father took care of them but when she grew up, her father sent her to a fetish priest shrine to cleanse her.
The fetish then told her that her father has made an arrangement for the two of them to get married. Jane said the fetish priest then sent her to the cemetary to perform some rituals for her but he slept with her. Jane said she couldn’t inform her father about it because of fear. The following day he again took her to a bush to perform another ritual but again slept with her.
The woman said when she came back home, her father told her that he wants her to marry the fetish priest but she didn’t accept this arranged marriage so she ran away from their hometown and came to Takyiman. A few months the fetish priest was able to locate where she was staying and came there.
He lied to her that her father is seriously sick, she too followed him back to their hometown but the moment her father saw her, he invoke a curse on her that she will suffer in her life and will never get a man to marry because she has disgraced him for not accepting the arranged marriage. She too didn’t utter a word, she went back to Takyiman and inform her brother about it but they didn’t take any step about it.
Jane said her father died few years ago but the curse has affected her life. She got married 4 times but none of them was successful. She also dated 10 men but they didn’t get married to her, she went to different churches for help but she is still facing difficulties. Jane said she wants help so that she will be able to marry and start producing her children.
