Ras Kuuku, a musician, has given his fellow musicians the advice to discourage them from smoking cigarettes.
According to him, smoking destroys vocals, making it very necessary for anybody who wishes to pursue a career in music to abstain from using tobacco products.

When he made this information public, he was being interviewed by Accra FM, which is situated in Accra.

Ras Kuuku said that he gave up smoking cigarettes when he was a senior in high school when he became aware that the habit was causing his voice to crack.
However, he has found consolation in smoking marijuana, and as a result, his voice has significantly improved since he started doing so.

“When I understood that the other one did not destroy your voice, I decided to quit smoking cigarettes when I was in secondary school.” He said that a cracked voice was an inevitable side effect of cigarette smoking.
He proceeded by saying, “You can do anything, but when you have a live band play, for example, and you take in a cigarette, you will damage your voice.”

In response to the question of whether or not wee does not break the voice, he said “that wee does not crack the voice.”
