KKD Set To ‘Join’ Captain Smart At Onua TV – Check Details Of The Programme

One of the trending personalities since yesterday has been former entertainer and broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Dankwah. KKD as he is fondly called stoked controversy after making certain comments about politicians most especially the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta. According to KKD there is a conflict of interest in Ken Ofori Atta being Finance Minister and yet his own Databank managing the acquisition of Eurobonds for the nation.

KKD noted that while the nation gets poorer, Ofori Atta’s Databank gets richer. He clearly pointed out that one day kids of rich fathers will grow up and call other people lazy forgetting that their fathers were thieves who milked the country of money. This comment has received so much reviews with many throwing their support for KKD while government appointees have criticized the comments.

Yesterday, Paul Adom Otchere’s Good Evening Ghana spent more than an hour securitizing the comments of KKD. Well, it seems this isn’t the last time we will hear from KKD. It looks like presenters and journalists will be seeking more opinions from him seeing he carries a lot of precious words.

On Monday, August 22, 2022 KKD is set to join as a guest on popular morning show, Onua Maakye. The show has one of the biggest audience when it comes to morning shows. The appearance of KKD is set to certainly attract more people to watch or take a listen. The show will see 2 controversial personalities, Captain Smart and KKD delve into national affairs.

Captain Smart has been one of the biggest critics of the Akufo-Addo government and consistently questioned the promises the government made and how far they have come with those promises. Indeed, Monday will be an interesting day on Onua TV. Captain Smart will start the interview with KKD at 8:30am. Many will wait to see if KKD will respond to comments from government spokespersons like Paul Adom Otchere.
