Box-To-Box Iconic Brazilian Midfielder’s Transfer To Manchester United [Full Details]

It’s certainly a done deal for an almost lacking depth team Manchester United who have now reached an agreement with Real Madrid to sign Carlos Henrique Casimiro in a deal worth €60M plus €10M in add-on and bonuses.

Manchester United has also reached an agreement with Casemiro and his agent over a four-year contract until 30th June 2026 with an option to extend it for another season.

The Brazilian box-to-box midfielder Casemiro will earn around €22M plus €5M in add-on per season which will be around €420K per week respectively.

Casemiro will have his medical in the next hours and Manchester United is issuing to complete the paperwork as soon as possible, official announcement soon after.

Manchester City was alerted to Casemiro’s potential availability earlier in the summer, as a direct replacement for Fernandinho, but decided against making a bid.

Casemiro’s age and capabilities on the ball are seen as deciding factors. Manchester City moved for Kalvin Phillips instead. France International vice-captain Raphaël Varane played a huge role in securing the deal, as it’s noted that Varane and Casemiro had a unique relationship in Real Madrid before Varane moved out to Manchester United.
