Ex-Black Stars attacking midfielder, Godwin Attram has said that, ex-Ghana internationals must allowed to relaunch their careers in the Ghana Premier League.
Former Ghanaian internationals, Sulley Muntari, Samuel Inkoom and all time Ghana top scorer, Asamoah Gyan all joined Hearts of Oak and Legon Cities respectively.
The likes of Odartey Lamptey, Ernest Papa Arko, Suley Muniru, Fatawu Dauda, Richard Kingson, Laryea Kingston, Mahatma Otoo and many other players all returned home to play in the local league.
Godwin Attram believes the local league should be made open for former Ghana internationals who want to return home to start all over.
“Is a very marketable situation, we can always use them to get what we want”, he noted.
“If others are coming, I think is very appreciable.
We have to applaud them and appreciate their career aspect that they have put into football and they want to bring it back into the country”.
“Whatever that they have learn outside, they are bringing to the country to impact it to the younger ones”.
“The whole country, the fans, even the players should be very appreciatable to having such players in their midst”.
