The good works of the Inspector General of the Ghana Police Service IGP Dr George Akuffo Dampare is known to all Ghanaians. Dr Akuffo Dampare is very hardworking and ever since he was appointed by the incumbent President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo, the Ghana Police Service have witnessed a change in the administration set-ups and routines about how issues are being handled by the Ghana Police Service.
A member of the NPP communication team member by name Nana Kumi Abrefa from Dorma West, sends a bold message to the inspector General of the Ghana Police Service for taking needed steps to reshuffle some of officers to new duties. Nana Abrefa made some three police officers with higher ranges who have been reshuffled by the IGP. Nana Abrefa appreciated the good works of the IGP and commend him to do more mother Ghana.
But the interesting part of the whole issue that, Nana Abrefa is of the view that, despite Dr George Akuffo Dampare has reshuffled some officers, that does not mean His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo should also carry out reshuffle task compulsory by force.
“We appreciate the good works of IGP Dampare and we urge him to do more for us. Reshuffle is good but it is not a compulsory duty to be taken”. – Nana Abrefa Stated.
