Head Coach of Black Satellites, believes the next coach of Kumasi side, Asante Kotoko will experience tough season especially in their Africa campaign.
Coach Zito, has stated that few month to the commencement of their game in Africa without a coach will cause mayhem in proper tactical execution.
“One month for another coach to come, if he doesn’t work well, he’ll be disturbed”, he noted.
“Either the coach should consult the outgoing coach for some tactical issues of the boys and the way they played”.
“Every coach that is coming in, should prepare and should work faster. He should double his work to meet the expectation of the team”.
“ coach comes and he tried to change things now, he’ll have difficultly because of adaptation of the boys.
Remember, consistency goes with quality”.
“Those who played the league to qualify are not there, it means that coach coming must work double.
“The level of intelligence is not same likewise the level of endurance is not the same and looking at the time factor of that coach coming in now, he’s going to have problems unless he use his experience to follow what he has seen there”.
