Deputy Director of Communication at the Presidency Appointed the CEO of Youth Employment Agency

The first gentleman of the land, Ghana has appointed the Deputy Director of Communication at the Presidency in the person of Mr. Kofi Baah Agyepong to act as the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency taking effect from the 10th of August, 2022.

Below is a letter of his appointment signed by the Secretary to the President in the person of Nana Bediatuo Asante.

“Further to the resignation of Justin Kodua Frimpong as the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (the “Agency”) and in accordance with Section 12(1) of the Youth Employment Agency Act, 2015 (Act 887), the President has appointed you to act as Chief Executive Officer of the Agency, pending receipt of the constitutionally required advice of the governing board of the Agency, given in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

Your appointment is effective 10th August 2022.

I take this opportunity to congratulate you formally on your appointment.
