Joseph Kwame Kyeretwie Boakye Danquah was a Ghanaian politician, scholar, lawyer, and one of the founding fathers of Ghana. He played a significant role in pre- and post-colonial Ghana, which was formerly the Gold Coast, and is credited with giving Ghana its name. He was born on December 1895, Gold Coast and died, February 4, 1965, Nsawam
JB Danquah had married two ladies Mabel Dove Danquah (m. 1933), Elizabeth Vardon (m. ?–1965).
The Previous Thursday was issued a national holiday to Ghana observing the days and moments our fore leaders had sacrificed their strengths and persistent hardwork to make Ghana an independent country.
Nevertheless , in the process, history has made known JB Danquah was not worth celebrating because he has a contrary objective to Nkrumah’s aim in developing Ghana. This post trends of social media and has received massive reactions.
Very heart breaking indeed.
