A man named Messiah met Mercy Akampia when she was still learning hairstyling, the lady told him to wait until she completed learning the skills. Messiah said he couldn’t wait for her so he moved on with his life. Months later the called him again and they had a chat. They made preparations and went to a funeral in their hometown but he slept with her when they came back to Kumasi.
Three weeks later Mercy informed him that she is pregnant with him, he became suspicious about the pregnancy and even told her that she have to abort the baby but she didn’t listen to him. Messiah said the lady stayed with him until she gave birth, he even settled all the hospital bills before she was discharged.
The man told her to go and stay with her mother so that she can take proper care of the baby but Mercy rather became angry that she will go back to her family. He gave her GHC200 to use as transport, he also tried to call her family members to inform them that she is on her way coming to stay with them but they all told him that they have not made any preparations for her to come to their house.
Messiah claims that he didn’t allow her to go on that day but sent her to stay with his mother for some time. Anytime he goes to visit her then Mercy will be insulting him without offending her. One day the lady got missing with their three weeks old baby girl without picking any of the baby’s clothes. They all searched for Mercy for some days but they didn’t find her. A few days later, he received a call from another man who accused him of abandoning the lady and the three weeks old baby.
