Death they say is inevitable, but when it lays it’s cold hands on someone, everyone becomes sad.
A veteran actor by name Prince Yawson, popularly known as ‘Waakye’ has kicked the bucket.
According to the report from myjoyonline.com, the actor who was battling with an illness passed on earlier today at the 37 Military hospital.
Waakye, as he was called, was a comedian whose movies will only leave one laughing no matter the mood in which the person was before watching a movie that featured Waakye.
Prince Yawson became ill for sometime, and rumours even came that had been hit by a mild stroke. However, in October 2020, Waakye recovered and even came out to confirm that he was not well but he had been touched by God.
“But Waakye seemed to have recovered and found his purpose as an ordained Reverend Minister in April 2021.”
The sad news of his death was broken by Bob Smith Jnr (Diaboloman) one of the vetran actors.
