“Who born dog to disconnect whose sim card” – Osei Akoto fires

Following the announcement by the Minister of Communication and Digitization, Ursula Owusu, of the extension of the deadline for sim registration to 30th September 2022, most Ghanaians have quickly moved to their social media handles to react to the announcement.

It will be recalled that before the announcement, the opposition National Democratic Congress believed that the deadline was not helpful and, therefore, the minister would change the date. The position held the firm belief that the deadline of the 31st July would not work and that the minister would do something about it. Their wish has been granted. Most of them have quickly reacted to the news.

Mr. Henry Osei Akoto has also reacted to the announcement of the extension of the deadline. According to Osei Akoto, “who born dog to disconnect whose sim card.”

He lamented over the abuse of power in the hands of some people stating that because of the little power in their hands, they want people lying on the floor for them all the time.

The National Democratic Congress, National Youth organizer hopeful said via a tweet, “Who born dog to disconnect whose sim card? Small power you get; you want everyone to be lying on the floor for you. We shall all see in the country!”
