One of the major factors that contributed to Ghana’s worse economic conditions and it’s instability is the reluctant responsibility we impose on our agricultural jobs.
We tend to import foods in petty quantities with high prices mostly from developed countries. A very notable country like Russia appears in the list of food importation. Sad it is , we import wheat, frozen fish, bovine meat (beef), poultry and other agricultural products suming up as USD90,8million. China ,with highest import value USD322,4million takes the lead. Recorded in 2021.
Meanwhile,the President, Akuffo Addo keeps provoking the Russian Embassy in Accra to have their country with it’s distanced or kept far off from any importation made to Ghana.
Exposed by Samuel Ablakwa , an NDC practitioner ,seek to appeal to the Russian President to disagree with the President’s thoughts. On due note ,escaping Russia’s target as Ghana.
