Medeama SC release 6 players as they prepare for next season

Ghana Premier League, GPL side Medeama SC had parted ways with six players as they begin preparations for the start of next season.

The Yellow and Mauves finished second in the 2021/22 GPL campaign and, are building for an even better performance in the coming contest.

The club has announced on their media channels informing that goalkeeper John Moosie, defenders Samuel Frimpong, Ali Quattara as well as Micheal Sefah, Sule Musah and Kingsley Adjei, will not be on their rooster for next season.

The last trio according to the information released, have agreed to mutually terminate their contracts with the club immediately.

Medeama SC also announced that Moosie, Frimpong and Quattara, have been released from their running contacts allowing them to pursue their interests elsewhere.

The club wished all the players the very best of luck in their future endeavours after thanking them for the dedicated service they rendered the club during their stay in the Western region of Ghana.

The Tarkwa-based club, began their pre-season training on Monday ahead of the start of the new season, aiming to get themselves ready for what is expected to be a tough campaign.

The club according to reports, will head to Germany next month to continue with their preparations before returning back to Ghana for the start of the 2022/23 football season in September.
