They Should Have Been ‘Caned’ At The Asomdwee Park If Dead Men Could Talk – Paul Adom Otchere

The much anticipated Good Evening Ghana show came off tonight, Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Many had anticipated the show especially after Paul Adom Otchere posted some teasers on his Facebook page. Many expected him to fire the leadership of the NDC for neglecting the burial site of former president Mills to rot. It can be recalled that the NDC abandoned the first ceremony organized by Koku Anyidoho and President Akufo-Addo to stage their own ceremony afterwards.

In reacting to what the NDC did, Paul noted that he is surprised at the behavior of the NDC. He wondered if no leader in the NDC thought it wise to revamp the burial site of the NDC. He blamed John Mahama, Asiedu Nketia and other leaders for sitting aloof and watching. He also questioned the attacks on Koku Anyidoho and boldly told the NDC that they should be ashamed.

According to Paul, he now sees the value of the saying that dead men do not talk because if they did, the leadership of the NDC led by John Mahama would have been caned by Atta Mills. He insisted that if dead men had belts like people would have been caned. He called the ceremony held by the NDC as ridiculous.

“You neglected your leader for 4 and a half years and you come later to talk? President didn’t remember, MPs didn’t remember, Speaker didn’t remember and they all left the Asomdwee Park to rot. I was surprised that they could come to a place to celebrate a place they had abandoned, If dead men can talk he would have caned them so they run from the place” Paul said
