The Minister of Finance, Hon. Ken Ofori Atta yesterday, 25th July 2022 revealed in Parliament that the government has concluded to review the agreement made on tollbooths. Many Ghanaians have attributed this sudden change in the collection tolls to the failure of E-Levy. The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has now become a laughing stock as their rival, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is mocking them for being incompetent.
As a result of this, Tilapia The Cartoonist jas made an artwork about this issue, and many Ghanaians after coming across this video couldn’t keep mute over it. If you look at the cartoon very well, you can see that the Finance Minister, Hon. Ken Ofori Atta carrying a tollbooth with Minister for Road and Transport, Hon. Kwasi Amoako-Attah looked at him with a strange eye.
Some Ghanaians after coming across this artwork said that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his New Patriotic Party administration are the most incompetent government the country has ever experienced.
