A man’s pride is mostly based on his manhood. This very reason makes it important for men to take good care of themselves, so as to prevent any bad outcomes. Though, one can’t always be careful. There are certain things that men do which causes damage to their organ.
Like consuming too much sugary food products. Sugar is needed at times to sweeten foods, but in very little quantities. Consuming too much sugar is bad for a person’s health. And for men it damages their organ, as too much of sugar reduces it’s performance. Men are therefore advised to reduce their sugar intake.
Watching pornographic materials all the time. This occurs as a result of a mental defect. When men watch too many pornographic materials, their desire for intimacy reduces and are no longer turned on by physical attractions. The mind becomes dull, and hormones in the organ of the male fail to function properly and efficiently.
Drinking alcohol and smoking. The effects of smoking and drinking alcohol, are dire to the extent that they may destroy the male organ. Almost everyone knows the adverse effect of smoking and alcohol intake, and that it is not all that good for the system at large.
