A Fuel Tanker Has Overturned At Pacific Oil Filling Station In Western Region.

Accident in general are inevitable and others are being caused by the actions of man.

The causes of these accidents has been attributed to three main factors, bad nature of roads, poor maintenance of vehicles and careless driving of some drivers.

The fight against accident in Ghana has been a difficult one to deal with. For the past few months a lot of accidents cases has been recorded in Ghana.

Apart from bad governance in Ghana another headache facing Ghanaians today is road accidents.

A fuel Tanker with the registration number GT-1678-11 has overturned at Pacific Oil filling station at Effia, a suburb of Effia Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly in an attempt to offload diesel.

Efforts has been made by the fire service crew to prevent the tanker from catching fire.

This could have resulted in a deadly explosion as scores of residents of the Effia Kwesimintsim Municipality of the Western Region took over as an advantage to siphon the fuel.

No casualties has been recorded.
