A radio presenter in the Northern Region Capital of Tamale is in trouble as he has been sued by a lady for defamation at a Court in Tamale.
The radio presenter, Halik Musah is accused of using his Facebook Live show to make derogatory comments about the complainant in the case.
The lady at the centre of the defamation suit, a 23 year old woman filed the suit against the popular radio host known as Mr. TELL in the radio industry in Tamale.
The complainant is demanding an unqualified apology and compensation as she claims that, the plaintiff used his position as a radio host to defame her.
She further claims that, the radio presenter with Radio Tamale, a private radio station uses his influence on social media to defame her.
The popular radio presenter reportedly refered to the woman as prostitute and other derogatory remarks during his show which was also live on Facebook.
The lady is also demanding a compensation and refund of all legal fees spent on the suit.
