Khaled Mohammed Khaled known professionally as DJ Khaled is an American DJ, record executive, author and record producer. Khaled first gained recognition as a radio host in the 1990s on the radio station 99 Jamz and translated his popularity by working with Terror Squad as a DJ for their live performances. After gaining production credits on the group’s material, Khalid released his debut studio album, “Listen” in 2006, which earned gold certification. He followed it with “We The Best” which contained the top 20 single “I’m So Hood.
DJ Khaled has been spotted playing Black Sherif single “Kweku The Traveller” song as he shared a screenshot, which shows him playing the jam on his Instagram story. Khaled is famed for putting artists he admires on his songs, and Ghanaians are hoping Khaled playing the jam could lead to a collaboration with the Ghanaian superstar. DJ Khaled is currently in album mode and this makes him play different songs across the world.
