The governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has demonstrated sufficient dedication to the welfare and development of the public, according to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, who has stated that AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq deserves a new term of four years as the governor of the state.
The Emir said the administration’s accomplishments are apparent and the governor’s hands-on approach to governing is praiseworthy while speaking during the annual traditional Sallah homage known as Bareke on Monday at Government House in Ilorin.
“I have observed that Your Excellency is working hard and that you are willing to put in even more effort to improve the plight of Kwarans. You simply got going. The Emir prayed to Allah to give the governor more power, good health, and the necessary wisdom to realize his plans for the state. “It is my wish and prayer that you are given another mandate to achieve more,” he said.
The governor’s riding position during the Ilorin Durbar festival on Sunday, as well as the government’s assistance in making the socio-cultural event a huge success, were both praised by the Emir, who referred to AbdulRazaq as a true son of the Ilorin Emirate.
