Adomako Baafi explained further that, he rejected the appointment to be at the National Lottery Authority due to his affiliation with the Seventh Day Adventist Church ( SDA).
” I’m a role model in my Church and can’t destroy my reputation as a Lottery Authority boss. The Bible is against Lottery. At least I’ll be in the good books as a principled person who didn’t follow monetary gains to abandon his faith ” Adomako Baafi said on live radio.
After his submission, he was hailed by many as a principled Man. However, there were those who said he wasn’t being Patriotic. This is because working for Ghana is nothing bad for him to reject.
